He is also the founder and president of Academy of Young Influencers which primarily focuses on equipping, mentoring and training leaders for different spheres of the society.

Leadership training
I help identify and develop training programs for pastors, ministry leaders and believers to do the work of the ministry effectively.
Life coaching
As a certified trainer and life coach I help people achieve thier personal or professional goals by providing mentoring, training and guidance.
Ministering
With over 30 years walking with the Lord and two decades of experience in the ministry. I love preaching, ministering and imparting what God has deposit in me in any way possible.

The Life Story
Dinesh Michel was born and raised in Kandy, Sri Lanka. His parents were teachers; however, in his teenage years, his father had an unexpected death. This left Mich’s Mother the responsibility of raising him and his brother. As a single parent, providing for her children was a struggle.
At the age of nine, Mich had a salvation experience and was filled by the Holy Spirit. Because of his childhood experiences, he has always carried a burden for the younger generation.
In 2003 he answered the call of God to a full-time commitment to be involved in raising and mentoring the next generation. Pursuing his calling with great passion, he graduated from Harvest Leadership Institute with a Diploma in Practical Theology and completed his bachelors degree from Minnesota Graduate School of Theology in 2012. Currently he is the President of History Maker Generation that equips and empowers young people to take the fire of God into the society.
His deep passion is to see young people move from dream to destiny. Mich has taken his message for the next generation to many nations including United States of America, Singapore, India, Malaysia, and Myanmar.
He is married to Kaylah, and they reside in Colombo with their beautiful daughter Rhema and son Asher. Together they believe that the future of any nation depends on touching and changing young lives through discipleship and mentoring as they are the future History Makers.
